MyRewards is a leading provider of Member Benefits, Reward & Recognition and Health & Wellbeing Programs in Australasia.

Problem

MyRewards’s legacy Employee Rewards Membership Management Platform, was located on a legacy dedicated server, which needed to be migrated to the Cloud.

As a result of any Cloud Migration, the software application would be heavily affected by the new cloud environment and would need to be redeveloped or updated to a large extent. Any downtime or service outages would likely cause major impacts on MyRewards’ client business.
